At Shop Soulaan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
